TURKEY STUFFING (II)

Ingredients

1/2 pound pork sausage/ground pork w/spices (paprika, pepper, salt, etc.)
turkey livers
1 pound chestnuts**
3 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tablespoons butter
salt
pepper
(**If you buy dried chestnuts, soak them and cook them until soft)

Instructions

1. Chop turkey liver and shallots
2. Fry liver, shallots, pork with butter on side
3. Boil chestnuts with salt (for about 10-15 min). Peel chestnuts and puree them in processor
4. Add chestnuts to meat mixture, mix.
5. Add salt and butter - then stuff turkey
