LEMON MAYONNAISE

Ingredients

1 egg
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 to 1 cup olive oil

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients into a mixer. And mix.
2. I add 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and garlic.
