HADAR'S MAYO RECIPE

Ingredients

2 large whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 squirt mustard
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
2 cups safflower oil

Instructions

1. Process all ingredients in blender EXCEPT safflower oil.
2. Continue to blend and SLOWLY add safflower oil.
