SPINACH FLORENTINE BAKE

Ingredients

1 pounds dry curd cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 clove garlic, minced finely
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together well, and pour into a loaf pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour until the mixture has set and the top is golden brown.
3. Cool and slice -- great served with tomato sauce or heated with melted cheese.
