BROCCOLI-CARROT SLAW
This crunchy, cool slaw can be paired with a meat offering.

Ingredients

1½ cups (180 g) carrots, peeled and grated
1½ cups (135 g) broccoli stems, grated
1½ teaspoons (8 mL) red wine vinegar
3 teaspoons (15 mL) olive oil
J teaspoon dill flakes
2 tablespoons (28 g) Grandma’s Mayonnaise (p. 346)
salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
2. Serve immediately!

Yield

2-3 servings
