PORK-APPLE-HONEY ROUNDS
½ cup (75 g) apple, peeled, cored, and chopped fine The sweetness of the honey and apple in these sausages balances out the saltiness of the meat.

Ingredients

½ pound (220 g) ground pork
2 teaspoons (14 g) honey
1 teaspoon chives, chopped fine
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
oil or ghee for greasing tray

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl
2. Roll into small rounds and place at intervals on a Place the tray in oven and bake at 350°F (180°C or gas mark 4) for 30-45 minutes, or until done
3. You may flip them over during baking to ensure even cooking on both sides

8-10 rounds
