LAMBCHOPS
When we think of lamb chops, we visualize a fine dinner served at a family estate/home in the English countryside, such as in one of my favorites, Downton Abbey. Regardless of your surroundings, this recipe can bring that fine dining into your home with little effort and much mouth-watering goodness. - Nilou

Ingredients

4-6 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and minced fine
1 teaspoon (7 g) honey
1 tablespoon (15 mL) olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon mustard powder
salt and black pepper to taste
1 pound (440 g) lamb chops
¾-1 cup (85-110 g) almond flour for coating

Instructions

1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F (180°C or gas mark 4)
2. Whisk together the honey and olive oil in a small bowl
3. Add in the garlic, rosemary, mustard powder, salt and pepper
4. Rub this mixture onto the lamb chops
5. Next, dredge each lamb chop in the almond flour, and place on a greased baking tray in the warmed oven for 30-40 minutes, or until chops are cooked through
