THANKSGIVING TURKEY STUFFING
While testing this recipe, we just ate it up, as is. So, you could stuff this in your Thanksgiving Turkey, or just simply serve it as a side accompaniment.

Ingredients

3 scallions, ends trimmed and chopped fine
½ red pepper, seeded and chopped fine
2 celery stalks, ends trimmed and chopped fine
½ large apple, cored and chopped fine
½ cup (75 g) raw shelled whole walnuts, chopped fine
¼ cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped fine
¼ cup (25 g) unsweetened dried cranberries, pits removed
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ lime, juiced

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
2. Serve!

Yield

3½-4 cups (770-880 g)
