REHYDRATING ELECTROLYTE DRINK
This standard rehydrating drink has appeared in many SCD books and websites. We wanted to include it in this book as the off-the-shelf pharmacy options are all not SCD-friendly. We have used this over the past decade to keep ourselves well through minor and major sicknesses. - Pam & Raman

Ingredients

1 quart (960 mL) boiled hot water
2 tablespoons (42 g) honey
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
new batch should be made.

Instructions

1. Mix ingredients together, and let cool

3. Drink to hydrate yourself

4 cups (960 mL)
