PAM'S MAYONNAISE
This mayo recipe might have a different texture from a store-bought version, but it is nonetheless creamy and delicious. It is so easy to spread onto a slice of SCD Basic Bread (p.187) for a sandwich. - Pam

Ingredients

1 egg
¼ teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon (20 g) honey
¾ cup (180 mL) sunflower oil

Instructions

1. Blend the egg, mustard powder, sea salt, and honey together in a food processor
2. Next, add sunflower oil very slowly (in a thin stream) while the food processor is spinning (it takes about 3-5 minutes)
3. Pour into storage container
4. Can be used for up to 3-5 days if stored in the refrigerator

Yield

1 cup (220 g)
