Today I read a posting by Beth, a mother who started the Specific Carbohydrate Diet "in solidarity with ... [her] daughter who has Crohn's disease."

Her writing gives a good idea of the SCD's challenges such as rewriting recipes, reading labels, and figuring out how to find/make basic condiments, such as ketchup, which do not have "illegal" ingredients. To find the answer to this question:
