ITALIAN POT ROAST
Ingredients
3/4 pound beef chuck roast
2 tomatoes, chopped
salt
pepper
Instructions
1. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Place in slow-cooking pot.
2. Top with chopped tomatoes.
3. Cover and look on low for 7 to 9 hours or until meat is tender.
