BANANA COCONUT ICE CREAM
Ingredients
2 cups coconut milk
2 very ripe bananas
1/2 cup honey (can be reduced somewhat)
2 eggs
1 cup SCD yogurt (optional)
1/2 cup toasted pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend well and freeze in ice cream maker.
