JABIN'S PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Ingredients
16-ounce jar salted peanut butter
16-ounce jar un-salted peanut butter
honey
unsweetened coconut flakes
dates
Instructions
1. Remove pits and chop dates.
2. Mix dates and honey.
3. Stir in peanut butter and coconut.
4. Shape mixture into balls.
5. Put extra coconut in a bowl and roll the balls to coat them in cococut.
6. Leave in fridge overnight.
