SORBET
Ingredients
6 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup honey
juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
1. Put partially thawed strawberries into food processor and puree.
2. Add honey and lemon. Check for sweetness and add more honey as needed.
3. Puree again and put into ice cream maker.
4. For cones, you'll need to freeze until hard. It was a huge success!
