BRIAN'S MANGO CUSTARD

Ingredients
EQUIPMENT
12 6 ounce Pyrex Cups or
2 3-quart Pyrex Casseroles or
3 square casseroles for an 11 cup food processor
FOOD
1 package Trader Joe's frozen mango
1 1/3 tablespoons vanilla extract
5 eggs
1 pound Friendship Hoop cheese (dry curd cottage cheese)
1 envelope Knox gelatin
 

Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in cuisinart, blend until perfectly smooth.

2. Pour into custard cups.

3. Place cups in casseroles.

4. Fill casseroles with water half way.

5. Place in UNPREHEATED oven set to 350 F for one hour.
