ARCTIC MELON POPS

Ingredients
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate (no sugar added)
1/2 very ripe tasty canteloupe, cut into bite sizes
1 cup homemade yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen berries, no sugar (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)
1 ripe banana, cut up
 

Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Line up approx. 15 or so 3 oz. paper cups on tray for placing in freezer.

2. Pour mix into cups until 3/4 full. Cover each cup with foil and make a small slit in center of foil with knife. Position popsicle stick upright in slit. Freeze and enjoy a guiltless, refreshing treat with your kids this summer.
