ALMOND MILKSHAKE

Ingredients
2 cups raw whole almonds soaked overnight in water
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla extract
3 cups water
7-8 ice cubes

Instructions
1. Drain off excess water from soaked almonds.

2. Place almonds in blender, add vanilla, honey and water. Blend for 30-40 seconds (long enough to finely chop almonds and create a milky appearance).

3. Pour mix into and push through a sieve, or squeeze through cheesecloth over a large bowl. (You can reuse the dregs in sweeter almond flour recipes if you like. )

4. Rinse blender clean and add the dreg-free milk to the blender with ice. Blend 'til ice is chopped. Enjoy!
