COCONUT BREAD
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter,melted
2 eggs
3/4 cup dry curd cottage cheese
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup water
3 cups almond flour
1 cup unsweetened dried coconut
Instructions
1. Blend butter, eggs, dry curd cottage cheese, salt, baking soda & water in food processor or blender until smooth.
2. Pour into bowl and stir in flour and coconut.
3. Scoup batter into 3 small buttered loaf pans. Bake at 325 F oven for 50 - 55 minutes.
4. Toast in toaster oven and serve with butter & creamed honey.
