WALNUT TART
Ingredients
1 1/3 cup walnut flour
2 eggs
4 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Pour into greased baking dish or pie plate. I use 6 custard cups so I can grab them to take to school with me. Cupcakes would also work well.
3. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 40 minutes. Don't overbake - it gets dry and burnt.
