DRIED BANANA-DATE TRAIL MIX
Ingredients
unsweetened dried banana chips
dates (whole, uncoated)
unsweetened shredded coconut
1-2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
1. In a small fry pan, melt honey and butter. Remove from heat.
2. Mix in dried banana chips, dates and unsweetened shredded coconut.
3. I store this in the refrigerator.
