LEMON TART
Ingredients
3/4 cup almond flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup honey
zest of 3 lemons
3/4 cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons melted butter (1/2 stick)
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients and pour into a pie plate.
2. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes.
