LEMON GINGER PEAR SAUCE
Ingredients
1 tablespoon minced ginger
5 chopped ripe pears
juice of half a lemon
5 chopped dried figs that have been softened in boiled water for several minutes
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to saucepan.
2. Using low heat, cook for three to five minutes.
3. Blend gently to desired consistency.
