4 tablespoons soft butter
1/2 cup honey
2 cup pecans
2 tablespoons SCD french cream or yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla
rind of one lemon
1. Cream butter with eggs and honey.
2. Mix in cream, lemon rind and vanilla.
3. Mix in pecans (I chop 1.5 cups of them, leaving the rest whole).
4. Pour into a pie plate and bake for 35-45 minutes at 350 F (180 C).
