1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup hot sauce*
1-2 teaspoons olive oil
1 pound boneless chicken breast tenders
1. Melt butter in microwave and add hot sauce, stirring together.
2. Cover chicken pieces in sauce and place in refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes.
3. Heat olive oil in medium skillet and add chicken.
4. Simmer until chicken is slightly seared, and serve.
