4-6 chicken pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sage
1. Mix ingredients (except chicken) in a plastic bag. Use enough nut flour to coat chicken pieces.
2. Dampen chicken pieces with water then toss one at a time in the bag until coated.
3. Bake in oven at 375 degrees F (200 C) for approx. 45 minutes.
