1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter, w/o sugar
1 cup butter, melted (2 sticks)
3 1/4 cups honey, to your taste more or less
2 cups blanched almond flour
1. Coat a 10- by 15-inch rimmed cookie sheet with butter.
2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Spread the mixture over the baking sheet.
3. Freeze for 15 minutes, then cut into squares. Serve, or cover and keep chilled until ready to serve.
