5 cups almond flour (I only use Hughson brand)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 whole eggs
4 egg whites
2 cups finely shredded legal cheese (don't pack).
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Thoroughly beat eggs, oil and salt.
2. Add cheese and baking soda and mix gently.
3. Add almond flour and mix just to blend.
4. Scrape into greased loaf pan and bake for about an hour. A knife inserted in the center should be almost clean.
