DIJON TURKEY BURGERS [print]
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup onion, chopped 2 teaspoon olive oil 3 tablespoon mustard, dijon 2 tablespoon parslev, chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Instructions
1. Sauté onions in oil until lightly browned.
2. Mix all ingredients together and shape into 5 patties. 3. Cook in skillet on medium heat approximately 12 minutes.
