1/2 cup SCD yogurt
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon vinegar (white)
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 grated cucumber, grated unseeded
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients well.

2. Have chilled with meats.
