butter for sauteing
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup SCD yogurt
1/2 cup +2 tablespoons SCD Mayo
salt and pepper to taste
1. Saute sliced mushrooms in butter until soft.
2. Reduce heat to minimum.
3. Mix mayo and yogurt together. Add to mushrooms.
4. Put in spices.
5. Stir until warm. DO NOT BOIL.
6. Pour over your favourite chicken or pork.
