SPINACH SALAD [print]
Ingredients
8 slices cooked bacon
1 pound spinach 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped 3/4 cup Garlic French Dressing, as per following GARLIC FRENCH DRESSING 1/2 cup olive oil or salad oil 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 clove garlic, crushed ground pepper Instructions
1. Put oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, mustard, paprika in a small jar with tight lid, shake to blend.
2. Add the garlic and a little freshly ground pepper, and shake well before serving. Notes
