CAROL'S BACON-WRAPPED DATES [print]
Ingredients
SCD legal bacon strips
pitted Medjool dates stuffing options (use one only): blue cheese, olives, almonds, mushrooms, or capers Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Stuff pitted dates with one of the above legal stuffing items. 3. Wrap each in 1/2 strip bacon, secure with a soaked toothpick and bake on a cookie sheet until bacon is crisp about 40 minutes. 4. Cool for five minutes. Notes
