CHICKEN TIKKA [print]
Ingredients
3 1/4 cups cubed chicken breast
1 teaspoon ginger pulp 1 teaspoon garlic pulp 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon salt 4 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon coriander, chopped fresh 2/3 cup SCD yogurt Instructions
1. Mix above for 2 hours (or more).
2. Stick on Kebab Skewers and baste with Vegetable Oil (or any other oil). 3. Grill on preheated grill for 15-20 minutes turning and basting occasionally. 4. You can also BBQ these. 5. Serve garnished with lime, fresh coriander, salad and onion Notes
