BACON AND EGGS CASSEROLE [print]
Ingredients
4 bacon strips w/o sugar in them
18 eggs 1 cup yogurt 1 cup grated cheeder cheese (4 ounces) 1 cup SCD cream cheese (8 ounces) 1/4 cup sliced green onions 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper Instructions
1. In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towel to drain. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add yogurt, cheese, cream cheese, onions, salt, and pepper.
2. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. 3. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top. 4. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. 5. Let stand for 5 minutes. Notes
