SCRUMPTIOUS MUFFIN SURPRIZE [print]
Ingredients
1 SCD muffin (any kind will do, I prefer cinnamin muffins)
1 ripe bananna honey (a lot or a little depends what you like) creamy peanut butter (allowable kind) Instructions
1. Break muffin into small pieces and place in a bowl
2. Slice up bananna and add to in bowl 3. Drizzle on honey 4. Put on or two small scoops of peanut butter in the bowl 5. Microwave--time depending on how squishy and cooked you like your bananas Notes
