FESTIVE EGGNOG BANANA PANCAKES [print]
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 ripe, mashed banana 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Instructions
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Fry in a pan until fully cooked (flipping is hard, so you have to flip in sections). 3. Drizzle honey over pancake as syrup. Notes
