2-3 ounces DCCC (dry curd cottage cheese) pinch baking soda 1/4-1/2 teaspoon honey 1/4 cup almond flour Instructions
1. Combine a beaten egg with some DCCC and almond flour.
2. Add a pinch of baking soda and a small amount of honey. 3. Blend with a hand blender-optional as I left mine a little lumpy) 4. Cook in oiled skillet watching carefully as almond flour burns quickly. 5. Turn over, turn off heat. 6. Top with a little honey and orange juice. Notes
