CHICKEN AVOCADO TOTS [print]
Ingredients
2 avocados
2 chicken breasts coconut oil Instructions
1. Thoroughly cook the chicken breasts (I use a steamer). Grind them in a food processor.
2. Add peeled avocado and grind in food processor. 3. Spoon out in a ball formation as much as you want to cook for an avocado chicken tot over coconut oil coated pan. Keep the rest in the refrigerator and use throughout the week. Notes
