So I had this idea to publish a cookbook. I looked into a number of possibilities... all seemed too costly; dollar-wise, time-wise and resource-wise. Plus it seems that new Specific Carbohydrate Diet™ cookbooks are springing up every day. I also looked at the whole e-book scenario, and that seemed way too complicated too.
