This week Carol Frilegh completed two articles regarding the specific carbohydrate diet. Both may be read on celiac.com.

In It's the Dairy, Harry!, Carol explains the difference between lactose intolerance and casein intolerance. She also points out common misunderstandings regarding dairy allowed on the SCD.

On January 13, Carol wrote "Laundry List - Hold the Starch." In this post she explains the differences between gluten and starch--and gives a historical perspective regarding a gluten free diet and the SCD.
