RESTAURANTS AND THE CAN EAT/CAN'T EAT CARDS

Thursday, January 3, 2008

While talking about eating at restaurants, Jill* recently reminded me of the "Can Eat/Can't Eat Cards" available through http://www.scdiet.org. (direct link to PDF.) The wallet-size card has been available to download/print for many years.

The text of the cards is shown below. They are especially useful if your schedule requires eating out often at new places. (Plus, they beat carrying a "Can't Wait" card.)

I am on a restricted diet to treat
a digestive disorder. Thank you for

for the inconvenience.
