Cartoonist Tom Huberstone created a comic titled "Everything You Never Wanted to Know About Crohns Disease".It's worth passing along to friends who don't understand IBD.
It's also notable that several people who commented on the comic wrote about how the specific carbohydrate diet has helped them.
