Coming in August and October, Jenny Bager, co-author of the Grain-Free Gourmet will present two cooking workshops using recipes based on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. (Ingredients for the second workshop will be provided by Whole Foods Market.)

This SCD-friendly workshop that runs October 5 to 12, 2007 will teach you how to set up a healthy kitchen, how to cook with whole foods, how to adapt your favourite recipes to suit your dietary needs, how to make grocery shopping easier and healthier, and how to fight ageing with food.
