BUYING FISH AND THE SALMOFAN

Several years ago, this site contained a posting on farm raised salmon, why they're bad for health, etc.

Recently, I watched a (very) short online video which features NYU professor Marion Nestle shopping for fish and describing the coloring process for farm raised salmon. It's worth watching to see a glimpse of the "Salmofan" which is used to check when a salmon's color is just right . . .
