Aveda, known for its health and beauty products, also puts its name on 15 exclusive "Destination Spas", only 4 of which are in North America.
The Aveda website describes the purpose of these spas as "providing complete relaxation for the body and total escape for the mind . . ."

Simply the natural settings of the spas would be enough to relax most of us. However, in addition to location and a full range of treatments, the Ste. Anne's spa in Ontario, Canada now offers coaching on "Breaking the Vicious Cycle"--how to use the SCD diet. Yes! One on one diet coaching and a copy of Elaine's book.
