Please be careful when buying juice.  Several days ago, Tania, who uses the SCD for her daughter sent out the following message about Dole's pineapple juice:

"My daughter recently got into a flare and she consumes nothing processed but the legal juices. I put in phone calls to the manufacturers and found that Dole has recently changed its formula. The Dole 100% Pineapple juice in the can now adds Vitamins A, C and E. The Vitamin A is bound with cornstarch. Please update to let the SCDers know."
